MTS provided the initial Bill of Quantities and responsibility matrix for the academy,including room equipment lists and budgets.

MTS created the supplier list, interviewed manufacturers and made the procurement orders.

MTS oversaw the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

This was a specialist fashion college and included procurement of a bespoke stage (catwalk) and lighting system, with integrated pc's into the desks. This was opened by Tony Blair, Prime Minister in July 2007.

MTS is providing assistance to the Wates QED team for the provision of FF&E services.

MTS was working on Stopsley, Cardinal Newman, Lealands and Ashcroft schools. Now under the Government Review only Lealands and Ashcroft. We are developing accurate FF&E lists for each school, discussing these with each user and pricing and putting forward options for consideration. We are also looking at standardisation and discounts across the 2 schools for Wates and the preparation of thier FF&E catalogue.

MTS specified the FF&E, undertook supplier selection and approval and managed the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

MTS also assisted in the disposal of the old equipment.
