MTS leaves Tribal Group
"Since the acquisition of Managed Technology Services Limited (MTS) by tribal in 2002, Tribal
has provided services directly to a wide variety of Clients. However, Tribal decided that whilst they still wish to
offer equipment advisory services as part of its wider portfolio of consultancy services, this is no longer a core
service for Tribal and therefore they do not wish to retain this capability in house. Tribal has therefore transferred
its equipment consultancy business and the MTS trading name to Managed Technology Services Limited.
Managed Technology Services Limited will continue to be headed up by Ruth Strickland and Caroline Finlay, and the
existing equipment advisory team within Tribal will all be transferring to Managed Technology Services Limited under
the TUPE regulations.
Tribal will continue to work with Managed Technology Services Limited as its business partner
where equipment advisory services are required as part of a broader Tribal offering. However, where clients specifically
require equipment consultancy services, this work will be undertaken directly by Managed Technology Services Limited."
